PANORAMIC CCD · DUAL-HEAD FABRIC CUTTING
LZ-1610L Panoramic CCD Dual-Head Fabric Laser Cutter
The LZ-1610L panoramic CCD dual-head fabric laser cutter combines a 1600 × 1000 mm conveyor table, overhead vision positioning and two CO2 laser heads on one rail. Vision contour cutting uses one head only; ordinary cutting can use both heads simultaneously for the same pattern.

ORDINARY SAME-PATTERN CUTTING: TWO HEADS TOGETHER

What Can You Make?
Decorative textile application examples. Printed contour jobs use one head; ordinary repeated patterns can use two.

Floral Cut-Outs
Decorative fabric panels and repeat motifs.

Lace-Style Patterns
Evaluate fine patterns and edge finish on your fabric.

Patterned Fabric Edges
Garment and home-textile components for sample testing.

Two Cutting Modes, Clearly Defined
Panoramic Vision Contour Cutting
One cutting head active. The overhead camera captures the fabric pattern for contour positioning. Use this mode for suitable printed textile outlines after recognition and sample testing.
Only one head cuts in vision contour mode. The second head does not cut a second camera-recognized contour at the same time.
Ordinary Same-Pattern Cutting
Two heads can cut simultaneously. Both heads follow the same programmed pattern in ordinary cutting mode, making this setup suitable for repeat fabric components.
Part size, head spacing and fabric layout determine usable coverage. This mode does not provide independent vision contour cutting with two heads.
Included Reference Configuration
- 1600 × 1000 mm working area with an automatic conveyor feeding table
- Panoramic CCD camera above the working area
- Two laser heads on a single rail
- Two 150W RECI T6 sealed CO2 laser tubes in the dual-head reference configuration
- AWC7824K control system with camera positioning setup
- S&A CW5202 water chiller
- Stepper motor drive and USB computer connection
Options & Order Confirmation
Air compressor, fume filtration and industrial computer are listed as optional in the source configuration. Confirm their inclusion and the roll-loading equipment in the quotation. The conveyor moves material through the cutting area; a separate roll-loading or unwinding unit must be specified for your roll width, diameter and weight.
Applications & Machine Details
Discuss printed textile panels, decorative fabric cut-outs, lace-style patterns and repeat garment components with our team. Vision jobs use one head; repeated identical patterns can use two heads in ordinary cutting mode. Printing, sewing and final assembly are separate processes.
The overhead camera and lighting frame observe the work area. The single-rail carriage carries two cutting heads, while the conveyor table and feeding motor advance suitable fabric. The dual-tube configuration is cooled by the CW5202 unit.
Material composition, dyes, coatings and stretch affect recognition and edge finish. Send a representative sample and artwork for testing. Do not laser-process PVC or unidentified coated materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can both heads cut camera-recognized contours at the same time?
No. For this machine, vision contour cutting uses one head only. The dual-head arrangement does not provide simultaneous independent vision cutting.
When can I use both heads together?
In ordinary cutting mode, the two heads can cut the same programmed pattern simultaneously. We review part size, head spacing, material width and layout before confirming the setup.
Is this the same as a dual-track asynchronous machine?
No. This configuration has two heads on one rail. It should not be described as two independently moving tracks. Ask us to compare configurations if your workflow requires different patterns or independent head motion.
Does automatic feeding include every roll-handling accessory?
The reference includes a conveyor feeding table. Confirm separate roll-loading or unwinding equipment, roll capacity and any industrial computer or extraction accessories in the quotation.
How do I confirm contour recognition and the edge finish?
Send your actual fabric, composition, coating details and artwork. A sample test checks recognition, cutting mode and edge finish; results depend on the material and job.
What is the laser power in the dual-head configuration?
The source dual-head reference uses two 150W RECI T6 laser tubes. Each head has its own tube; this is not a single 300W laser beam. The equipment quotation confirms the supplied components.
