Worktable options on the basic LZ-1325
Standard: aluminum profile + PVC
Plan clamps and fixtures around the toolpath. Check how each part stays supported during profile cutting, pockets and routed details.
Optional: vacuum table + pump
Assess board porosity, part size and layout before choosing vacuum workholding. The optional system includes both the vacuum table and vacuum pump.
Tooling, supplied accessories and any positioning requirements are confirmed in the equipment proposal. Printed panels need a separately confirmed alignment workflow.

Which materials should I discuss for CNC routing?
Share the exact wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic or PVC board specification, thickness and required operations. Material composition, tooling and workholding must be assessed through testing before a configuration is confirmed.
What is included in the regular LZ-1325 configuration?
The regular configuration includes a 3.0 kW water-cooled spindle, aluminum profile + PVC worktable, three-axis CNC control system and dust extraction equipment. Your quotation confirms all supplied accessories.
Is a vacuum table included on every model?
It depends on the model. Plus and the listed ATC/Pro configurations use vacuum tables. On the basic LZ-1325, the vacuum system is optional and includes a vacuum table and vacuum pump. Its suitability depends on board porosity, part size and the cutting layout; assess the actual job before selecting it.
Are customer case machines identical to the featured configuration?
No. Customer projects can include order-specific equipment and options. The Israel and Georgia cases illustrate applications, while your quotation defines the machine and options supplied for your order.
What should I send for a free sample test?
Send your material specification, thickness, drawings, largest part size, required finish and output target. We will agree the test arrangements with you. Any sample shipping is agreed separately.
